Liebe alle,
auf den letzten MAD haben wir uns als Team damit
beschäftigt, wie es mit unserer Zusammenarbeit weitergeht und wir senden euch
diese Email, um euch auf dem Laufenden zu halten:
in den letzten Jahren haben wir immer mehr
Kandidat*innen aus nicht deutschsprechenden Ländern und haben zum Teil
erheblich dazu beigetragen, dass in diesen Ländern regionale GFK Strukturen
entstehen. So sind wir u.a. beteiligt in Ungarn, Bosnien, Ukraine, Kenya und
weiteren Länder des englischsprechenden Afrikas. Aus unserer Sicht ist das ein
Grund zum Feiern.
Insgesamt schauen wir auf 14 Jahre Tätigkeit als
Assessor*innen zurück, Rita (gestorben 2020), Doris und Edith seit dem
Assessor*innentraining mit Marshall in Stuttgart in 2008 und Irmtraud seit
2016. In 2009 haben wir das Konzept der Mentoring- und Assessmenttage
entwickelt, zunächst mit den deutschsprechenden Teams abgesprochen und dann
auch im internationalen Assessor*innenteam abgestimmt, so dass heute weltweit
Assessor*innen im Team arbeiten, Zertifizierung in Gruppe stattfindet und die
Zeug*innen der GFK Gemeinschaft, die jeweils dabei sind, immer mehr an
Bedeutung gewinnen. Auch dies ist aus unserer Sicht ein Grund zum Feiern.
Unsere ersten MAD im Januar 2010 starteten, ohne
dass wir die Zustimmung von Marshall und
Board hatten, dass unsere Empfehlungen anerkannt werden. Während der Tage
erreichte uns eine Email, in der sie uns diese zusagten.
Insgesamt haben wir als Team in dieser Zeit 75
Trainer*innen aus 14 Ländern zertifiziert. Davon 44 aus deutschsprechenden
Ländern.
Auch das ist ein Grund zum Feiern. Wir verstehen
unsere Tätigkeit als Assessorinnen als Dienst an der GFK Gemeinschaft und als
unseren Beitrag zum Social Change.
In dieser Zeit sind wir auch älter geworden, so dass
wir uns überlegen, wie lange wir diesen Dienst noch tun können und wollen. Wir
haben uns darauf verständigt, dass wir noch zwei bis drei Jahre weiter
arbeiten. Und ob und wie es danach weitergeht, wird sich entwickeln. Uns ist
wichtig, für alle KandidatInnen auch danach eine gute Lösung zu finden, falls
ihr bis dahin noch unterwegs seid.
Es ist uns
ein Anliegen, dass ihr darum wisst und diese
zeitliche Perspektive bei euren Planungen bzgl. Zertifizierung berücksichtigen
könnt.
In 2023 planen wir MAD vom 31.05. –
03.06.2023 (Jugendherberge Wiesbaden) sowie
01.- 04.11.23 (Raum Wiesbaden/Odenwald).
In 2024: 12.- 15 .06.
und 30.10. – 2.11. 2024
Wer daran denkt, im
Juni 2023 ins Assessment zu gehen, melde sich bitte bei ihrer/seiner Assessorin
bis spätestens 15. 01.2023 bzgl. PreAssessment.
Wenn eine oder einer
von euch sich für sich von der Zertifizierung verabschiedet hat, lasst es uns
bitte wissen, damit wir eine Übersicht haben. Danke für diese Unterstützung.

Dear all,
at the last MAD
we discussed as a team how to proceed with our cooperation and we send you this
email to keep you up to date:
in the last few
years we have more and more candidates from non-German speaking countries and
have contributed, sometimes significantly, to the emergence of regional NVC
structures in these countries. We are involved in Hungary, Bosnia, Ukraine,
Kenya and other countries in English-speaking Africa. From our point of view,
this is a reason to celebrate.
Altogether we
look back on 14 years of activity as assessors, Rita (died 2020), Doris and
Edith since the assessor training with Marshall in Stuttgart in 2008 and
Irmtraud since 2016. In 2009 we developed the concept of mentoring and
assessment days, first agreed with the German-speaking teams and then also
agreed in the international team of assessors, so that today worldwide
assessors work in teams, certification takes place in groups and the witnesses
of the NVC community, who are present in each case, become more and more
important. This is also a reason to celebrate from our point of view.
Our first MAD in
January 2010 started without having Marshalls and Boards approval that our
recommendations would be recognized. During the days, we received an email from
them assuring us of this.
In total, we as
a team certified 75 trainers from 14 countries during this time. Of these, 44
were from German speaking countries.
This is also a
reason to celebrate. We see our work as assessors as a service to the NVC
community and as our contribution to social change.
During this time
we have also grown older, so we are considering how long we can and want to
continue this service. We have agreed that we will continue to work for another
two to three years. And whether and how it continues after that will develop.
It is important to us to find a good solution for all candidates, even after
that, if you are still on the road.
It is important
to us that you are aware of this and can take this time perspective into
account when planning your certification.
In 2023 we
plan MAD from 31.05. – 03.06.2023 (youth hostel Wiesbaden) as well as 01.-
04.11.23 (area Wiesbaden/Odenwald).
In 2024:
12.- 15 .06. and 30.10. – 2.11. 2024
If you are
thinking about going to the assessment in June 2023, please contact your
assessor by 15.01.2023 at the latest regarding the PreAssessment.
